How can I find information on specific title(s)? |
There are two ways on this website
that you can use to find the title(s) you need. You can type in the title's
ISBN (International Standard Book Number), the 10 or 13-digit identifying
number, author's name or part of the title's name in the search box (upper
right-hand corner of every page). If you have no idea about the author's
name, ISBN or the title's name, you can search the titles on the Advanced
Search page by selecting the category, language level, language skill,
annotation language, merchandise format and publication date. |

Q2:
Can I order online instead of having to email or phone my order in? |
WINCLC provides a secure online
shopping cart for individuals and corporate clients. A new client needs
to create a WINCLC ID (your valid email address) free by clicking the "New
Client" button, fill in shipping information and then place an online
order. You can also place an order by e-mail or phone in
contact with WINCLC Department of Client Service. |

Will WINCLC ship to my country? How long it takes to process the order and
ship to my country? What's the cost of shipping and handling charges? Will
I be charged additional fee like import tax or other fees when my order

With the domestic and international
shipping methods below, WINCLC can ship to virtually any address in the
world.

Once an order has been placed, we'll usually process the order within one
business day and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the client's email
address. We'll dispatch the order after the payment has been confirmed by
WINCLC finance department.
WINCLC only charges for the cost of merchandise, shipping and handling fee
abroad. In most countries, usually you will not be charged custom tax on
a small order. However, we don't know whether you will be liable to pay
import duty or other tax when the order arrives in your local country. That
is beyond our control and as such we can make no guarantee of whether you
will have to pay or how much it will be. |

Q5:
How to get additional discount for a bulk order? |
Though it is convenient
for most of our clients to pay online via a VISA/Master/JCB/AE card, it's
more economic for our trade clients to pay through bank transfer (TT) or
Western Union if they intend to get more discounts for a bulk order. When
an international order is paid by a VISA/Master/JCB/AE card, the payment
gateways (third-party service providers) will deduct part of the order total
amount as their handling charges. For this reason, our clients who make
payment through a bank or Western Union transfer can get additional discount. |

How to make payment through a wire transfer (TT) from my local bank account
to WINCLC account? Can I make Western Union payment? |

Please notice that if you make payment through a wire transfer, the banks
and their branches may deduct handling charges from the amount of the
telegraphic transfer. These charges can vary by bank and by country and
are expected to be paid by our international clients at their local bank.

WINCLC orders can be tracked on interet through the tracking number(s)
we left on the field of Message for you on "Order
list - Details" webpage.
For tracking number(s) marked with "CP", which means the carrier is China
Post, clients can track the delivery inside China on web page http://intmail.183.com.cn/item/batch/itemBatchQuery.do?action=Enter
through the number(s). You can also also track the delivery outside China
on some nations' Post websites below when the parcel(s) arrive in your
country:
For tracking number marked with "DHL", please track the delivery
on DHL website www.dhl.com

How to cancel an online order that I placed? |
Clients can cancel unpaid online
order(s) by clicking the "Cancel this order" button at the bottom
of "Order List - Details" page. You can also cancel an order by
e-mail, fax or phone in contact with
WINCLC Department of client Service. |

When I tried to send my card number in order to start online payment, I
received a message saying "A third-party may view my information". Why is
it so? |
You saw the message as you were
using a third-party payment gateway to make payment online. You will be
connected to a secure payment site operated by PayEase. Your payment details
will be securely transmitted to the Bank for transaction authorization using
128-bit SSL encryption. |
