Hi,

Im writing this message because I have seen that you are selling the books My Chinese Picture Dictionary (English version) and My Chinese Picture Dictionary (Japanese version). Im interested in these two books, but also i would like to know if It could be possible to order the book My Chinese Picture Dictionary (Korean version) which is not listed in your website. If yes, I will place an other for these books.

HI,

It seemed your local bank denied the online payment, so you might need to consult them for the reason why they did not accept your online payment. Maybe you did not input the correct card information?

We have reset the order number so that you can re-try online payment through an effective VISA/MASTER/AE/JCB card. You can also reset the order number by clicking the "Modify order number in case of online payment failure..." button on web page http://www.winclc.com/en/User/OrderDetails.aspx?id=3148 to start online payment again.

If it is not convenient for you to pay online, you could also make payment through Western Union or bank transfer payment.

I have successfully tracked my order inside China by following the instructions on these 'online messages and replies'.

I have also just discovered that I can use the parcel number to track it through the brazilian mail (Correios - http://www.correios.com.br) website, that's great!

Please let me suggest you to add such tracking instructions to the FAQ list (tracking a parcel inside and outside China).

Very glad to hear that you have received the parcel.

According to the publisher of NPCR vol.6, there's no teacher's book and workbook for NPCR vol.6 but only audio CDs that are expected to be available in Feb. or March.
